Workers Compensation and TAC

Your Doctor will accept payment from Workers Compensation and TAC once your claim has bee approved and you have been issued with a claim number.

Prior to approval, you are responsible for payment on the day of consultation with your doctor. Once your claim has been approved you can claim a refund from the Workers Compensation insurer or the TAC. If there is a delay prior to approval, you may be able to claim from Medicare, although Medicare payments would need to be refunded if your claim was approved.
