- Masks are required for all patients with cold/flu symptoms to enter the clinic.
- If you have any symptoms of upper respiratory infection including sore throat, runny nose or temperature please complete a RAT before attending. Upon arriving for your appointment please telephone reception on 9787 8033 and stay in your car. We will call you straight though to see your doctor at your appointment time.
- If you test positive to COVID before your appointment, please contact reception and we will provide further instructions on behalf of your doctor.
- Pfizer (XBB.1.5) booster vaccine now available for all patients aged 18+ (available to those aged 12 – 17 years with complex health needs only) Recommended as follows:
Age 18-64 eligible every 12 months
Age 65-74 recommended every 12 months, eligible every 6 months if preferred
Age 75+ recommended every 6 months
If you have complex health needs, please discuss with your doctor for their advice. - Results: You may receive an SMS message with a link to access information regarding your results. Please follow the Hotdoc link to make an appointment if required. Alternatively log in to your Hot Doc app to view your message.
- You must hold a current Medicare card to receive a vaccination at Ti Tree Family Doctors.
- Your doctor can provide you with the most comprehensive service and medical care during a face to face consultation
- The doctors consulting from Ti Tree Family Doctors can offer bulk-billed telehealth consultations to patients they have seen in person in the previous 3 months. Telehealth services are only available to provide repeat prescription requests, referrals and to deliver test results.
- Medicare rebates are available for all face to face and telehealth consultations with doctors consulting at Ti Tree Family Doctors.
- Our staff will contact you the same day of your telehealth consultations to arrange payment and can arrange for the Medicare rebate to be deposited to your nominated account on behalf of your doctor.
- A telehealth consultation is not available if you have not previously had a face to face consultation at Ti Tree Family Doctors.
- Appointments with your doctor can be made on the Hot Doc booking platform – see our website or book via the HotDoc app.
